Budget Car Sales at 1000 Bowens Mill Road Southeast, Douglas, Georgia.

If I could give them a negative star, I would. I can't say that the manager at the Budget in Douglas, GA is a lying crook because the company may just have unjust policies which makes his words and actions look crooked. But tell me why I got a vehicle from there that needed repairs before I got it (minor cosmetics from the previous owner's damages) , was told they would fix it in a week or so, that was fine. MONTHS later after getting lied to about the repairman not being available, I was finally told that I could bring it up there and leave it for a week. I can't leave it for a whole week due to having to work...as I told them was the main reason for getting the car in the first place. NO my car isn't fixed as of date and YES they even received a check from the previous owner/ insurance company/ bank for the damages AFTER I already had possession of the car. I was told that for "insurance" purposes they couldn't / no longer help with rentals or loaner cars, even though they are the ones responsible for getting it fixed. Budget is a big enough company that if they wanted to provide great customer service, they could have provided me with some type of temporary transportation. They had gotten their money from the bank for the car and a check for the previous damages so it looks as if they really just don't care about the customers once they drive off the lot....BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES.
